For this SIX MONTH study you will be required to attend a one day workshop with telephone follow‐up at one, three and six months. Lunch and refreshments will be provided at the workshop. A small financial compensation will be given to you at the end of the workshop and at the completion of the study.
To participate you must:
· Be a consenting adult (age 18 or older)
· Be able to read, write and speak English
· Be willing and able to complete the six month study
· Have access to a telephone and/or the internet for the duration of the study
· Have transportation to and from the workshop site
