In my many years as a mental health professional I have never experienced any technique simpler or more effective than EFT to eliminate distress. I have had extraordinary success helping my clients with a very wide range of issues, sometimes in only a few minutes, other times, over time. However, not all our events incorporate the use of Emotional Freedom Techniques, nor are they "trainings" in EFT.
Each workshop or teleclass that includes EFT will include basic instructions and follow up suggestions.

Because my goal is to reach as many people as possible, my time working with individuals is very limited. Please use our Contact Us form to let me know what issues you would like to have addressed in a workshop or teleclass. I will do my best to develop a program that will help the most people. Because of my unique perspective as an advanced practice nurse in psychiatry I keep the whole person in mind when developing an instruction.
Attending either a live workshop or teleclass will have it's own particular benefits.
Some advantages of teleclasses or online seminars are:
1. There is no travel involved.
2. You maintain your privacy.
3. The fees are far less expensive than if you are seen individually.
4. You have the opportunity to be chosen as a volunteer.
5. Recordings of the events are available so you can replay them when needed.
On the other hand, live workshops:
1. Can be great fun, "hands on" experiences that incorporate lots of elements.
2. Are a terrific way to meet new people and network.
3. Can be individualized for a particular group (ie. your corporation, church, school, or special organization).
