I have been a professional healthcare giver for decades. But, as I am sure you know, we are formed far earlier than when we enter a profession. We are influenced by countless forces, both positive and negative, long before we are born. Our preferences, interests, talents and abilities are molded early on and lead us in particular ways.

Many years ago, while going through a number of painful life events, God nudged me.  Since I was decidedly hardheaded at the time, there were actually quite a few nudges before I found the courage to act. I have come to understand the importance of following certain principles in order to grow into a state of wellbeing. The great prophets taught these lessons. My path was through Christ. Yet, I assure you, I have the deepest love and respect for you if you have been called to a different sacred tradition. I do not sell religion, I share faith. I trust if you have serendipitously found this page, you and I have some common ground. Einstein said, "Coincidences are God's way of remaining anonymous." You are not here by mistake.

These pages, live workshops and teleseminars will include some of the inspirations and teachings that have touched me, and in turn helped others in some way. I have a deep love of Scripture, Science and my chosen profession of Advanced Practice Nursing in Psychiatry. With my introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques a few years ago everything came together in an extraordinary, powerful, and far reaching way. My hope is to educate you, inspire you, motivate you and help you to heal with a lot of laughter and wisdom along the way.
